Rather than work repeatedly with a fixed set of professionals,
SERCIB carefully selects for each project the members of the
team to achieve the best quality and efficiency specific to
local conditions : architects, landscapers, engineering consultants,
quantity surveyors...
SERCIB infuses each building with a cultural and humane personality
through the close association of artists (such as Jean Marais,
Sophie Guinsbourg, Thierry Vidé) with architects (such as
Jean-Marie Charpentier, Paul Depondt and Jean-Jacques Masson).
The artistic dimension expressed through the architecture
is appreciated by occupiers, who have a need to communicate
a corporate image that is strong yet convivial. The design
seeks to offer an exceptional environmental quality to facilitate
the realisation of corporate goals and the development of
individuals.
