Dominique Lebel is the founder of SERCIB. Graduate of the
Ecole Centrale, he has directed the company since its creation
in 1986 after spending 15 years in housing construction.
SERCIB is organised with two main services supporting the
senior management: the first service includes legal, accounting
and financing functions. The second includes the operational
responsibilities of business development and project management.
The employees of the company are rigorously chosen for their
personal qualities: the diversity of their training, skills
and experience. Thus, from the beginning through the completion
of each project, the team is able to deliver on its promises
of excellence in design sensitivity, marketing, financing,
and construction technique.
